Maison très agréable, spacieuse et bien équipée à 2mns du centre du village à pieds. Très propre. Belle piscine et coin repas près du barbecue très plaisant. Vous ne serez pas déçus

Ubicación inmejorable para disfrutar del Perigord Noir tomando como base el bello pueblo de Belvés. La casa tiene unas vistas tan espectaculares que puedes quedarte en la terraza o en la piscina sin hacer ninguna otra cosa. Su situación junto a los principales atractivos turísticos de Belvés, incluidos los comercios y restaurantes, hacen que la estancia sea muy cómoda. Confiamos en repetir algún día.

What a fantastic place to stay! Everything about this gite was perfect. Its 30 seconds from the main street and square which always seemed to have something going on. The pool was a very welcome addition as it was extremely hot when we there. Philippe and his wife were there to meet us and made themselves available if we needed anything through the week. Highly recommended and looking forward to visiting Belves again.

House is homely and pool is ok size. Village is wonderful. We have a grate week.

I can't recommend this place enough. My wife and I stayed for a week with our dog and it was hard to leave. Phillipe and Christine are charming and welcoming hosts they're there if you need them, but not if you don't. The house is bigger than it looks in the photos  you could comfortably fit more than four people if it's allowed  so it's easy to spread out and relax. The views are glorious, the garden large and secluded. It's also a two-minute stroll to the village centre, where you'll find plenty of great places to eat and drink, plus some nice curiosity shops. You're a short drive to the river and the region's many beautiful towns and villages. Walkers should go straight to the tourist office and get a map of the well-marked and highly enjoyable routes around Belvès. The house, the village and the countryside are very easy places to be happy in.

This is a perfect location for exploring the Dordogne. The lovely old house is full of character with a wonderful view of the medieval town and beautiful valley beyond. The secluded garden was peaceful and relaxing and well equipped with the added benefit of the good sized pool. The house is a few minutes easy walk to a selection of restaurants, cafes and shops. Phillips and Christine are very friendly and helpful hosts and were keen to make our stay enjoyable.
